Senior Consultants - who have mastered basic corporate finance advisory and restructure consulting skills - work closely with FINRATE CONSULTING executives and Vice Presidents to develop work plans, train and motivate junior professionals, and ensure that high-quality work - backed by thorough analysis and objective assumptions - is completed on time and within budget.

Rather than focus on any one module of a project, the Senior Consultant is the repository of information about his / her assigned client and actively leads all efforts contributing to the successful completion of the mandated assignments.

It is a Senior Consultant's duty to remain up to date with market and industry development (through readings, internet, attending courses…) to be aware of trends and best practices of relevance to his / her clients. Senior Consultants are also expected to actively participate in pre sales efforts to prospective clients.
