Adel Youssry Khedr Chairman & CEO	Founded FINRATE in 1990 upon leaving the Commercial International Bank (previously a Chase JV) as Senior General Manager. Mr. Khedr who graduated from the AUC (BA Economics) is also a board member of a number of financial institutions and large industrial groups.
Sherif Samir Samy Managing Director	Co-founded FINRATE after spending a decade with Andersen Consulting (of Arthur Andersen & Co.) in Chicago, Riyadh and Beirut. Within the Middle East he was heavily involved with stock exchanges and financial institutions. Mr. Samy graduated from Alexandria University (BA Commerce).
Ghada O. Teima Vice President	Joined the company in 1996 after spending several years in a joint venture investment company and the consulting division of a big 5 audit firm. Ms. Teima graduated from the AUC (BA Economics) and received her MBA from Imperial College - London.
Karam A. Osman Vice President	Joined the company in 1997 after nearly 20 years in the banking sector. His latest position was Head of Credit at Cairo Barclays Bank. Mr. Osman, who graduated from Cairo University (BA Commerce) is an associate of the UK Chartered Institute of Bankers.
